Shipping Policy
At Enrosed we make sure your order is delivered to you quickly and efficiently. We offer free shipping within Belgium and the Netherlands.
1. Shipping regions
We ship our products to customers in Belgium and the Netherlands. For other countries within or outside the European Union, please contact us at hello @enrosed .com to discuss shipping options and costs.
2. Shipping costs
- Belgium and the Netherlands : Free shipping on all orders, regardless of the order amount.
- Other countries : Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. Please contact our customer service for more information.
3. Processing time
- Orders placed on working days before 2:00 PM will be shipped the same day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM , during weekends or on holidays will be processed the next business day.
4. Delivery times
- Belgium and the Netherlands : Delivery within 1-3 working days after dispatch.
- Other countries : Delivery times vary depending on destination. Please contact our customer service for more information.
Please note that during peak periods, such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, delivery times may be slightly longer.
5. Track & Trace
After shipping you will receive a confirmation email with a Track & Trace code, which you can use to track the status of your delivery.
6. Delivery problems
If your package arrives damaged or is not delivered within the expected delivery time:
- Please contact our customer service at hello @enrosed .com within 48 hours of delivery .
- Please include your order number and attach photos of any damage to the package.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address.
- If the package cannot be delivered due to an error in the address, additional charges may be applied for reshipment.
- If you notice an error, please contact our customer service as soon as possible at hello @enrosed .com to correct the address.
8. Unaccepted Deliveries
If a package is not accepted or not collected from a collection point and the package is returned to us:
- Shipping costs for a second attempt will be borne by the customer.
- If the customer decides to cancel the order, only the cost price of the item will be refunded.
